Run the floor. Keep everyone in step.

TourMan connects registration, court calls, scoring and the public live board for community tournaments, so staff, players and spectators all follow the same courts.

Call it once. Everyone sees the same court.

A tournament day is one live sequence. TourMan keeps it in one place, so the call a marshal makes is the call players and spectators see, and when the umpire records the final point, results and standings update on the same pages.

The venue screen and the public event page mark Court 3 as called and name both pairs.

Players get it on their phone

Anyone following the pair sees “Go to Court 3 now”. Players who turn on reminders get an email too.

Running a tournament?

Set up divisions and registration, build the schedule, then run every court from one staff workspace. Organizers, the registration desk, court marshals and scorekeepers each sign in with their own role, by invitation from your club.

Add TourMan to your home screen before the tournament. It opens like an app, and event pages you have already opened stay readable if the venue wifi drops.
