Terms of service
Last updated: 21 October 2026
The short version
- TourMan is a tool clubs use to run pickleball tournaments. The club running each event sets its rules, draws, schedule and results.
- Give accurate details when you enter, and enter only a partner who has agreed to play with you.
- Your name, team name, matches and results appear publicly, including on screens at the venue.
- Staff access is by invitation, and only for running the club's events.
- Don't misuse TourMan: no abuse, no tampering with scores or check-in, and no harvesting of players' information.
- TourMan is provided as is. When you're offline, saved pages can be out of date.
What TourMan is
TourMan is an app for running community pickleball tournaments: entries, check-in, scheduling, court calls, scoring and live boards. Clubs and organizers (“organizers”) host events on TourMan; TourMan (“we” or “us”) provides the tool.
By using TourMan, you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
Your account
- You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address, or with Google. Keep that email account secure: anyone who can read its inbox can sign in as you.
- Give accurate information, including your name as it should appear on the draw, your birth year and your rating. Organizers rely on it to check eligibility and seed draws.
- Enter events for yourself, or for someone who has asked you to. Enter only a partner who has agreed to play with you, using their real details.
- You're responsible for what happens through your account. If you think someone else has used it, email jerrosyap05@gmail.com.
Signing in with Google
Continue with Google is optional. If you use it, Google's terms still apply to your Google account, and we use the information Google shares only as our privacy policy describes. You can remove TourMan's access from your Google Account at any time and keep signing in with emailed links.
Entering and playing in events
- Each event is run by its organizer, who sets its rules, divisions, eligibility, fees, cancellation and refund policy, draws, schedule and court assignments, and who decides results and disputes. TourMan records and shows those decisions; it doesn't make them.
- An entry is a request for a place. The organizer decides whether to confirm it, waitlist it or decline it.
- Entry fees are paid to the organizer outside TourMan. Ask the organizer about payments and refunds.
- Schedules and court calls can change on the day. Follow the event staff's instructions at the venue.
What's shown publicly
When you enter an event, your public name, your partner's name, your team name, your division, and your matches, scores, results and standings appear on public event pages, the court board and screens at the venue. They remain part of the event's history after it ends.
Choose a public name and team name you're comfortable seeing there. Organizers may change a team name, for example one that's offensive. To ask for a change, contact the organizer or email jerrosyap05@gmail.com.
Staff accounts
- Staff accounts are by invitation from a club, with one of its roles: owner, organizer, registration desk, court marshal or scorekeeper.
- Use your access only to run that club's events, and only for your role's tasks.
- Keep players' information confidential. Don't copy, export or use it for anything other than running the event.
- Record check-ins, court calls and scores accurately, and only for the matches you're responsible for.
- Don't share your account. Protect your password and passkeys, and sign out of shared devices.
- Clubs are responsible for whom they invite. Tell us when someone should no longer have access, and we'll remove it.
Acceptable use
Don't:
- harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or choose names or team names meant to offend;
- impersonate anyone, or submit entries you know are false;
- interfere with scoring, court calls, check-in or the live board, or record results you aren't responsible for;
- misuse check-in passes: don't use or share someone else's pass, try to guess pass codes, or check in a player who isn't there;
- misuse self check-in: check yourself in only when you're at the venue, and don't pass on, photograph for others or guess the code shown on the venue TV;
- report a problem with a result only when you believe the recorded score is wrong;
- try to get into accounts, staff tools or information that aren't yours, or probe, overload or disrupt TourMan;
- scrape or harvest players' private information, or collect players' details from TourMan to contact or market to them;
- use TourMan for anything unlawful.
Availability and offline data
We work to keep TourMan running, especially on tournament days, but we can't promise it will always be available, complete or free of errors. We may change, pause or stop features.
Venue wifi drops. When you're offline, the installed app may show a saved copy of a public page or the live board, which can be out of date; TourMan tells you when it's offline and showing saved information. Live boards, court calls, emails and alerts can also be delayed. Always follow the announcements and staff at the venue.
Disclaimers and liability
TourMan is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties about it, express or implied.
To the extent the law allows, TourMan and the people who run it aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from an event's organization, an organizer's decisions, missed or delayed matches, outages, or out-of-date information. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law.
Suspension and ending
We may suspend or remove an account, entry or staff access that breaks these terms or puts players, events or TourMan at risk, and organizers may decline or withdraw entries in their own events. You can stop using TourMan at any time, and ask us to delete your account as our privacy policy describes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as TourMan changes. We'll post the new version here and update the date at the top, and we'll let you know in TourMan before significant changes take effect. If you keep using TourMan after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply.
